**This role is Monday - Friday / 37.5 hours per week**

As a Regional Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in helping colleagues realise their potential while supporting the business to build the skills and capability needed for future success. This role combines talent partnering with the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Biffa’s Accelerate career development programmes. You’ll work closely with colleagues, learners, managers and leaders across the organisation to create engaging development experiences that build knowledge, strengthen skills and increase confidence. You’ll also use insight and feedback to evaluate the impact of our talent initiatives and continuously improve the experience we provide.

**Your core responsibilities**

-   Lead the end-to-end delivery of Biffa’s Accelerate career development programmes, ensuring engaging and effective development journeys for a range of colleague populations.
-   Design and facilitate workshops, learning events, action learning activities and other development interventions that support career growth and build capability.
-   Partner with business leaders and People teams to understand current and future talent needs, supporting talent reviews, succession planning and high-potential talent pipelines.
-   Provide expert advice on talent development, learning interventions and career pathways, translating business priorities into practical solutions that improve individual and organisational performance.
-   Manage programme logistics, communications, learner engagement and stakeholder involvement, ensuring a positive and well-organised learner experience.
-   Design learner-centred learning solutions using a range of approaches, including facilitated learning, digital learning, social learning, coaching and experiential development.
-   Measure participation, engagement, knowledge transfer and business impact, using data and learner feedback to evaluate effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
-   Build strong relationships across Biffa and with internal and external partners, keeping our learning offer relevant, innovative and aligned to Biffa’s values, culture and strategic priorities.

**Our essential requirements**

-   Experience in a Talent, Learning & Development, Organisational Development or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering effective people development initiatives.
-   Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development solutions, ideally including ownership of development programmes from concept through to evaluation.
-   Strong understanding of learning design, talent management, succession planning and career development practices.
-   Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with managers and leaders at all levels.
-   Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
-   A creative, learner-focused and continuous improvement mindset, combined with strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to use data and insight to demonstrate impact.
