# Client Experience Associate

> Bill Good Marketing · Atlanta, United States · Full-time · Posted 2026-10-08

**Salary:** USD 45,000–54,000

**Workplace:** on_site

## Description

**Most client-facing roles ask you to answer phones and keep a calendar.** This one asks you to _own_ an experience. At finoBlue, the client relationship is the product, and this role is at the center of it. Think Ritz-Carlton, not a reception desk. If you’ve built your career in financial services, wealth management, a law firm, or mortgage lending, and you have the kind of warmth and instincts to be the first face clients see when they walk in the door, we’d like to talk.

**About finoBlue**

finoBlue is an Atlanta-based wealth management firm that specializes in helping clients navigate the biggest financial transitions of their lives: selling a business, entering retirement, or managing a significant inheritance. The work is personal, the clients are high-touch, and the team is serious about what they do without taking themselves too seriously. It's a professional environment with a collaborative, people-first feel.

**The Role**

As Client Experience Associate, you are the first voice clients hear and the first face they see. You set the tone for every interaction, keep the advisory team prepared and on schedule, and make sure clients feel genuinely known and cared for at every touchpoint. This role does not cross into operations, compliance, or financial processing. It requires exceptional people instincts, strong organizational ability, and the kind of warmth that turns a routine appointment into a lasting impression.

**What You'll Do**

- Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound calls, emails, and office visits. Answer and screen incoming calls, welcome every client to the office, and handle every interaction with professionalism and warmth so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Own the client record. Keep Salesforce current with every contact and contact attempt, capture data from handwritten notes and dictations, and distribute team notes so everyone stays up to date on every relationship.
- Keep the calendar running cleanly. Schedule and confirm all client meetings, prepare meeting agendas and binders, and make sure every client is ready and set up before their appointment starts.
- Own the client appreciation program end to end. Send birthday letters and cards, holiday cards, handwritten thank-you notes, and etiquette messages at the right moments. Source and send "surprise and delight" gifts, coordinate milestone celebrations, and manage client referral gifts. The goal is for every client to feel genuinely known, not just serviced.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend client events. You own 9 to 10 client social and education events per year from start to finish: vendors, logistics, timelines, and on-site execution. You also manage monthly client mailings and bulk outreach as part of the team's communication calendar.
- Handle the administrative paperwork that keeps the firm organized and compliant. Gather signatures on LOAs, third-party authorization forms, and trusted contact documentation. Keep the compliance approvals file current and make sure marketing materials are submitted for approval before use.
- Manage day-to-day office flow. Keep supplies stocked, handle incoming mail, maintain the resource library, keep printed marketing materials stocked, and coordinate any cleaning or maintenance needs. The office should always be client-ready.

**What Success Looks Like**

- Clients feel known, not just serviced. They remember your name and look forward to hearing from you.
- The advisory team walks into every meeting prepared because you made sure of it.
- Events run smoothly because you anticipated what could go wrong before it did.
- Anything that lands in your lane gets handled completely, on time, without having to be asked twice.

## Requirements

**Who You Are**

- You have real experience in financial services or a closely adjacent field: a financial advisory office, wealth management firm, law firm, or mortgage company. You know how these environments operate, you understand the level of trust clients are placing in the firm, and you take that seriously.
- You’re the kind of person clients remember. Genuinely warm, polished, and interested in people, not just their accounts.
- You anticipate needs and act on them before anyone has to ask.
- You stay calm and professional under pressure; clients never see you sweat.
- You’re organized down to the detail and you enjoy keeping things running well.
- You manage multiple priorities and timelines without losing track of any of them.
- You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and calendar management tools.

**Nice to Have**

- Event planning or corporate hospitality background
- CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)

## Benefits

**What You Get**

- Base salary: $45,000 to $54,000 depending on experience
- Full benefits package including healthcare and retirement plans
- Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
- In-office, Atlanta, GA

**How to Apply**

Submit your resume along with a brief note describing a time you went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for someone. Applications without this note will not be considered.
