**Position Overview**

We are seeking a collaborative **Billing & Clearance Administrator (fixed term - 6 months contract)** to contribute to the smooth operation of the department supporting internal stakeholders, and upholding compliance with company policies and billing standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Supporting daily billing operations and data entry with accuracy

-   Assisting in invoice preparation, verification, and distribution
-   Providing administrative support in routine accounting tasks

**Requirements**

-   University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
-   Familiarity with MS Office applications
-   Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
-   Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsSmooth and clear communication with internal stakeholders
