## Description

Join our Quality Assurance department as a Quality Assurance Associate.

**Quality Assurance Associate** supports in supervision of company’s quality management system and its improvements.

_**Position is in Lithuania, Kaunas office.**_

### Role responsibilities:

-   Administrative support to QA department
-   Assisting in creation/review/revision/tracking of procedural and other quality documents
-   Administration of the electronic quality management system and oversight of the training compliance
-   Assisting in internal and external audits
-   Assisting is CAPAs coordination, liaising with CAPA owners with regards to corrective/preventive actions implementation, tracking and follow-up
-   Supporting eQMS administration
-   Technical supporting of collecting and reporting performance and quality metrics

## Requirements

-   Fluent English and Lithuanian language
-   Knowledge of GCP, GPV and other GxP principles beneficial
-   Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
-   Advanced proficiency in MS Office
-   Strong attention to details and accuracy
