# Practice Development Manager - Optical Marketplace (Remote, East Coast)

## Description

Own marketplace performance across a growing territory of optometry practices for a fast-growing digital eye care platform. You will get practices live, train doctors and staff, and change how practices sell.

**What you'll do**

-   Own a territory end to end: activation, training, adoption and revenue growth.
-   Drive attach rate and revenue per practice.
-   Lead change management so the platform becomes part of the daily workflow.
-   Train practice teams on the platform and in-exam selling.
-   Share pilot feedback with leadership and turn top-performer stories into playbooks.

## Requirements

-   8+ years in optical retail, practice management or retail field leadership.
-   Sales experience in the optical industry and strong relationships in the optical community.
-   Understanding of optometry office and patient flow.
-   Tech-savvy and revenue-driven; comfortable in the field daily.
-   SaaS or healthcare technology experience preferred.

## Benefits
