-   Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
-   Candidates with a Chinese Indonesian background are **mandatory.**
-   Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or home appliances industry.
-   Experience in handling electronic products or home appliances is highly preferred.
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
-   Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
-   Good product knowledge and the ability to explain product features and benefits to customers.
-   Able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
-   Comfortable working with sales targets and performance KPIs.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
-   Willing to travel for business purposes or conduct client visits when required.
-   Good command of English is an advantage.
-   Willing to work on-site and adapt to the company's working schedule.
