## Description

We're looking for a Videographer who can shoot and edit high-quality video content for our brand. You'll work from briefs provided by the marketing team — your job is to execute the vision with strong technical craft, not to come up with the concept. We need someone who's fast, reliable, and has a sharp eye for what looks good on camera and on the cut.

**Responsibilities**

-   Shoot video content based on briefs and storyboards (product, lifestyle, BTS, events, testimonials)
-   Edit short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form videos with clean pacing, captions, and sound design
-   Handle full production setup: camera, lighting, audio, basic grip
-   Color grade and finalize deliverables to brand standards
-   Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final exports
-   Work with the content/marketing team to refine cuts based on feedback
-   Maintain shoot schedule and hit delivery deadlines

## Requirements

1.  1–3 years experience as a videographer, video editor, or similar
2.  Proficient in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut
3.  Strong camera skills with mirrorless or cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, etc.)
4.  Solid understanding of lighting, framing, and audio capture
5.  Sharp editing instincts — pacing, cuts, music sync, captions
6.  Portfolio or showreel required
7.  Bonus: motion graphics (After Effects), photography, drone

**Nice to have**

-   Own basic gear (camera, lens, lighting)
-   Experience shooting for \[retail/sports/tech/lifestyle\] brands
-   Familiar with Indonesian social media trends and formats
