**Opportunity**

As a full-time on-site E-commerce Specialist located in Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels. Your primary focus will be to enhance online shopping experience, drive revenue, and strengthen our brand presence across various e-commerce platforms. With a keen eye for detail and sales strategy, you will work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve our ecommerce goals.

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage and optimize e-commerce website and accounts on third-party platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada to maximize sales.
-   Develop and execute effective e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
-   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics tools to evaluate sales trends and consumer behavior.
-   Create compelling product listings, including images and descriptions, that enhance product visibility and attract customers.
-   Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience across all channels.
-   Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continually improve e-commerce performance

## Requirements

-   At least 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
-   Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and major online marketplaces like Tokopedia and Shopee.
-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on insights.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on persuasive content creation.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Minimum of 1 year of experience as a team leader
-   Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software is a plus.
