## Description

**Responsibilities**

-   Plan and execute effective merchandising strategies for padel products at the Clubhouse location.
-   Maintain product displays that are attractive, orderly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
-   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
-   Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
-   Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize merchandising efforts and product placement.
-   Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the Clubhouse management team.
-   Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed.

## Requirements

-   Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or related field is an advantage.
-   Experience in retail merchandising or sales, preferably with sports or padel-related products.
-   Good understanding of merchandising principles and visual presentation.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
-   Passion or interest in padel sports is a plus.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
