## Description

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing project-based sales opportunities within the electrical and electronics industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, system integrators, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Identify and develop new business opportunities for project-based sales in the electrical and electronics industry.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, MEP contractors, and project owners.
-   Promote and present the company's products and solutions to prospective clients.
-   Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and quotation preparation to negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
-   Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation based on customer requirements.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
-   Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Participate in project tenders and assist in preparing tender documentation when required.
-   Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
-   Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
-   Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and project pipeline updates.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-   Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Sales, B2B Sales, or Technical Sales within the electrical or electronics industry.
-   Proven experience handling project-based sales involving contractors, developers, consultants, or government/private projects.
-   Strong knowledge of electrical or electronic products, systems, and solutions.
-   Experience in preparing quotations, project proposals, and participating in tender processes is preferred.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
-   Strong business development and sales closing abilities.
-   Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-   Willing to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
-   Possesses a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is an advantage.
