## Description

The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content that support the company's branding, marketing campaigns, and communication objectives. This role involves transforming creative concepts into compelling visual stories for digital platforms, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials while ensuring consistency with the brand identity.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication Design, or a related field
-   Minimum 1 year of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role
-   Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other motion graphics or video editing software
-   Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
-   Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, composition, and timing
-   Ability to create engaging motion graphics and video content for social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns
-   Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
-   Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work is required
-   Experience in sports, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is a plus  
      
    **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):**

-   Experience with 2D animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects
-   Familiarity with CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, or Cinema 4D
-   Understanding of social media content trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
-   Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus
