Now, we're scaling our in-house creative engine, and we need a designer who can keep up.  

### About the Role

We're looking for a **Social Media Designer** to join our Social & Content Marketing team and own the creative production behind everything we publish across organic and paid channels in the US and Mexico. You'll translate brand strategy into scroll-stopping visuals — carousels, covers, thumbnails, motion pieces, video edits, and ad creative — while building the systems (templates, frameworks, design kits) that let our team move fast without losing quality. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, thinks in systems, and gets excited about short-form content that actually performs.  

### What You'll Do

-   Translate content strategy into high-impact social-first assets: carousels, covers, thumbnails, video assets, and static ads
-   Design and edit motion graphics and short-form video that drive retention, clarity, and brand recognition
-   Build scalable templates and visual systems that accelerate production without sacrificing craft
-   Adapt brand campaigns into native social formats while protecting creative intent
-   Partner with Social, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to ship work that hits both brand and performance KPIs
-   Continuously evolve our visual system based on platform trends, audience behavior, and business needs
-   Ensure visual consistency across every output — regardless of volume or speed

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

-   **3–5 years** of demonstrable experience in digital design, social-first content, or creative agencies (marketing-focused)
-   **Strong portfolio** of social-first work — especially TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video
-   **Advanced command of Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects / Animate)
-   **Advanced video editing skills** (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
-   Solid foundation in **motion graphics**
-   Comfort working with **AI design tools** (Firefly, Nano Banana, or similar)
-   Experience in **high-velocity environments** with multiple simultaneous deliverables
-   **Bachelor's degree** (preferably in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related); digital marketing / social media certifications are a plus
-   **Advanced English** + **native Spanish** — you'll be producing content for both US and MX audiences

### Nice to Have

-   Background in wellness, fitness, lifestyle, pharma, or competitive CPG categories
-   Proven cases of building organic social content with strong performance
-   Experience producing for both organic and paid (statics, motion, video ads)
-   Track record building visual systems, templates, and production workflows
-   Direct collaboration history with Social, Performance, and Content Marketing teams
-   Demonstrable impact on retention, visual clarity, and engagement through design
