### Responsibilities

-   Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
-   Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals.

-   Utilize data analytics and AI tools to measure, optimize, and report on marketing campaign performance.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Marketing Director or senior marketing leader in a B2B environment, preferably in finance, technology, or related industries.
-   Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and data analytics.
-   Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling marketing teams.
-   Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
