We are growing fast and we are seeking a **Senior Technical Business Analyst** to lead requirements strategy across complex initiatives spanning AI solutions, analytics platforms, and enterprise digital transformation programmes. This role involves working closely with architects, programme managers, and engineering teams to shape solution direction from early discovery through implementation.

The position offers strong exposure to strategic innovation programmes across emerging applied AI delivery environments.

## Requirements

-   Lead requirements discovery across multi-system AI, data, and platform delivery initiatives
-   Facilitate complex stakeholder workshops across business and technical teams
-   Translate strategic objectives into solution-ready technical requirements
-   Define functional and non-functional specifications aligned to architecture decisions
-   Document integration requirements across enterprise systems and platforms
-   Support architecture teams in aligning solution design with business needs
-   Lead definition of data flows, interface requirements, and system dependencies
-   Maintain requirements traceability across multiple delivery workstreams
-   Support backlog prioritisation across engineering teams
-   Contribute to discovery phases, solution workshops, and RFP responses
-   Support user acceptance testing strategy and validation planning
-   Mentor junior business analysts where applicable

-   Experience working closely with architects and engineering delivery teams
-   Experience defining integration requirements across multiple systems
-   Experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops
-   Experience coordinating requirements across multi-workstream environments

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
-   CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification (preferred)
-   Experience supporting government or regulated-sector transformation programmes
-   Experience working with AI or enterprise data platform initiatives
-   Experience working in Middle East delivery environments (advantageous)
