## Description

BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Business Analyst** to join our innovative team. In this vital role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the creation and implementation of effective software solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will analyze complex business processes, identify improvements, and translate requirements into actionable plans to ensure successful project delivery.

### Responsibilities:

-   Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
-   Develop clear use cases, workflows, and functional specifications to facilitate software development.
-   Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and understand business challenges.
-   Partner closely with project managers, UX designers, and developers to align project goals and deliverables.
-   Identify risks, issues, and opportunities related to business processes and recommend solutions.
-   Support system testing, including preparing test cases and participating in user acceptance testing.
-   Ensure continuous improvement of analysis practices and documentation standards.

## Requirements

### Requirements:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
-   At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting environments.
-   Expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation tools such as UML, BPMN, and Confluence.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
-   Experience working in Agile and Scrum project environments.
-   Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
-   Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
