## Description

**Role Purpose**

Lead cross-functional requirements validation, fit-to-standard process design, traceability and business acceptance across the Oracle Fusion programme, while providing independent delivery-quality assurance over design packs, configuration evidence, test readiness and phase exit criteria. The role is a governance and quality lead, not the primary hands-on test execution resource.

**Key Responsibilities**

·        Plan and facilitate AS-IS discovery, Oracle show-and-tell, CRP1/fit-to-standard and CRP2/TO-BE workshops across business workstreams.

·        Drive configuration-first decisions and challenge unnecessary customisation or extensions in line with the programme fit-to-standard approach.

·        Own the cross-functional requirements traceability model and ensure approved requirements, design decisions, configuration, testing and business acceptance remain traceable end to end.

·        Coordinate the RD.011 / TO-BE solution-design pack and RTM content with functional leads; ensure decisions, assumptions, gaps, owners and acceptance criteria are explicit.

·        Review workstream design and configuration deliverables for completeness, internal consistency, cross-module impacts and adherence to agreed templates and governance standards.

·        Establish practical quality gates for Discovery Acceptance, Solution Design Sign-off, Build Complete/SIT Entry, UAT Sign-off and Go-Live Readiness.

·        Work with the QA/Test Lead to confirm TE.040 test coverage, scenario completeness, defect thresholds and evidence quality; support TE.130 business acceptance without replacing test execution ownership.

·        Identify cross-workstream dependencies involving Finance, Procurement, Contracts, CRM, HCM, Projects, GRC, data, security, reporting and integrations; escalate unresolved design conflicts.

·        Ensure business process designs incorporate Delegation of Authority, segregation-of-duties considerations, auditability, data ownership and bilingual business requirements where applicable.

·        Support Design Authority reviews and maintain decision/action closure discipline so critical design issues do not flow into build or test.

Drive business-owner readiness for formal sign-off and ensure approvals are evidence-based rather than meeting-driven.

## Requirements

**Experience & Qualifications**

·        10+ years in enterprise process transformation, Oracle ERP/Fusion business analysis, quality governance or solution delivery roles preferred.

·        At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations strongly preferred, including discovery, design, build, SIT/UAT and go-live.

·        Demonstrable experience owning process design, requirements traceability and cross-functional acceptance in complex multi-module programmes.

·        Strong experience reviewing functional designs, configuration evidence, test packs and readiness gates; experience in public/semi-government or regulated UAE/GCC environments is advantageous.

·        Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline; relevant Oracle/quality/process certifications are advantageous but not a substitute for implementation experience.

·        Approved workshop approach, decision logs and cross-functional process inventory.

·        RD.011 / TO-BE Solution Design Pack coordination and controlled RTM baseline.

·        Cross-workstream dependency and design-quality reviews.

·        Quality-gate checklists and evidence for Discovery, Design, SIT Entry, UAT and Go-Live readiness.

·        Documented design/quality findings with owners, due dates and closure evidence.

·        Business acceptance readiness and sign-off support.

A strong candidate combines consulting-grade process facilitation with disciplined QA governance. They should be able to challenge both business and delivery teams, keep the programme aligned to standard Oracle capability, detect cross-functional gaps early, and prevent incomplete or contradictory designs from reaching build and testing.
