# Oracle Fusion Service Functional Consultant

## Description

Responsibilities:

\- Run discovery and design workshops with business teams for service request and work-order processes  
\- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Service: service requests, work orders, queues, assignment rules and SLAs  
\- Set up the customer self-service portal (Digital Customer Service)  
\- Prepare functional designs, test scripts and training material  
\- Lead SIT and UAT for your area and support go-live and hypercare

## Requirements

\- 6+ years in enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Service (or Service Cloud) on 2+ full implementations  
\- Hands-on set-up of service requests, work orders, queues and SLAs  
\- Functional design and workshop experience with business users  
\- Able to travel to Dubai regularly  
\- Excellent written and spoken English
