### About the Role

We are looking for a **Senior Technical Program Manager** with a strong technical engineering background and proven experience leading complex technology programs from inception to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have started their career in a hands-on technical role such as **Software Engineering, QA Engineering, Development, or a similar technical discipline**, and subsequently moved into technical program management.

This role requires someone who can operate at both **technical and program leadership levels** — understanding architecture and engineering discussions, while also driving governance, delivery, dependencies, risks, and executive decision-making across multiple teams.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead complex technical programs from **inception through delivery**, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
-   Own **program governance**, delivery frameworks, milestones, risks, and overall execution.
-   Take ownership of **cross-team dependencies** and proactively resolve blockers.
-   Facilitate executive-level discussions and support **data-driven technical and delivery decisions**.
-   Provide technical leadership and maintain a strong understanding of **solution architecture, engineering practices, and technical dependencies**.
-   Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Architecture, Product, and other technical teams to ensure successful program delivery.
-   Drive technical program planning, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement.
-   Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
-   Lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects and workstreams.
-   Establish and monitor program KPIs, delivery metrics, and progress against objectives.
-   Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
-   Operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, making sound decisions and driving resolution.

## Requirements

-   **6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar technical delivery leadership role.**
-   Strong technical background, ideally having started a career in **Software Engineering, QA Engineering, Development, or another technical engineering discipline**.
-   Proven professional experience managing **technical programs from inception to delivery** in a senior role.
-   Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, engineering practices, and technical architectures.
-   Ability to understand and confidently discuss **technical concepts, architecture, integrations, dependencies, and engineering challenges** with technical teams.
-   Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks such as **Scrum and Kanban**.
-   Proven experience in **program governance and cross-functional delivery**.
-   Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
-   Ability to facilitate executive decisions and communicate complex technical topics clearly to senior leadership.
-   Proven ability to manage **cross-team dependencies across multiple projects and workstreams**.
-   Strong risk identification, mitigation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-   Experience with project/program management tools such as **Jira and Azure DevOps**.
-   Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams in complex and dynamic environments.
-   Strong understanding of technical program delivery, architecture ownership, and engineering best practices.
-   Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and driving initiatives with limited direction.
-   Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field** preferred.
-   Relevant technical, Agile, or program management certifications are a plus.
