## Description

BlackStone eIT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects that drive our technology initiatives forward. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in shaping our project strategies and delivering high-quality results that align with our organizational goals.

  

### Responsibilities:

-   Oversee all aspects of project management including scope, schedule, cost, and quality management.
-   Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
-   Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Engage stakeholders to define project expectations, track milestones, and report on project status.
-   Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
-   Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams.
-   Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, preferably within IT or software development.
-   Proven track record of managing large, complex projects successfully.
-   Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
-   Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-   Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly preferred.
