### The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistently follows through, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

In this role, you will process customer orders accurately and efficiently while serving as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and warehouse/fulfillment teams. You’ll help ensure orders are entered, tracked, and resolved from receipt through delivery, while supporting smooth day-to-day coordination across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, proactively solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and logistics teams and play an important role in supporting the customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow alongside the business. Over time, this role offers the opportunity to expand into broader responsibilities across operations, customer support, and supply chain coordination.

### What You’ll Do

-   Process customer orders received through phone, email, EDI, and online portals while verifying pricing, product availability, and customer terms prior to confirmation
-   Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, lead times, shipping, and product availability, escalating issues when required
-   Coordinate closely with sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to prioritize shipments, manage backorders, and communicate delays proactively
-   Maintain accurate records within ERP and order management systems, including processing returns, credits, and order adjustments
-   Generate order and fulfillment reports while identifying recurring issues, trends, or process gaps for management review
-   Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, pricing concerns, and inventory shortages in collaboration with cross-functional teams
-   Support additional administrative and operational coordination tasks as needed

-   Orders are entered accurately and processed on time
-   Customers receive clear, proactive communication and support
-   Issues are identified early and resolved before becoming escalations
-   Backorders, shipping delays, and order updates are closely monitored and communicated

-   ERP and order records remain accurate, organized, and reliable

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   High school diploma required; post-secondary coursework in business or administration is considered an asset
-   1–3 years of experience in order entry, customer service, sales support, or administrative coordination
-   Strong organizational, administrative, and technical skills
-   Comfortable using Excel for sorting, filtering, reporting, and basic formulas
-   Experience working with ERP or order management systems is preferred
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
-   Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

## Benefits

Compensation and Benefits:

-   Salary: $44,000–$48,000 CAD subject to experience.

This role is in the office and full-time 37.5 hours per week.
