## Description

This is not a traditional SDR role. 

We’re hiring a GTM Associate to build the engine that gets blankspace live on thousands of publisher sites. You’ll be accountable for the fuel (the research, messaging & outreach) and the infrastructure (the lists, agents, tools & data that make it repeatable) to drive our growth, fast.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and operate with high agency; if you see an opportunity or a problem, we expect you to act on it instead of waiting for permission. 

We don’t do hierarchy. Our structure is intentionally flat, with influence earned through skill & context. Our codebase is shared rather than siloed, and we move fluidly across priorities as a team.

**What you’ll own:**

-   Top of Funnel. Identify & engage high-potential publishers and brands with personalised outreach that books qualified meetings. High volume, without dropping quality.  
-   GTM Systems. Architect the repeatable GTM machine: lists, sequences, research agents, the CRM & the analytics behind it.   
-   A/B Testing. Test hypotheses on channels & messaging, measure, iterate. We won’t judge you on failed experiments. We value curiosity and grit. 
-   Driving Results. Get publishers live, keep pilots on track, and own outcomes, not just tasks.

## Requirements

We care about mindset, not past experience. If you have the following, you’re likely a good fit:

-   AI-native. You’ve built an end-to-end project in Claude Code (or similar) you can demo. 
-   High agency. You prefer action over talking. 
-   Coachable. Open to feedback & eager to keep refining your approach. 
-   Resilient. Comfortable with high volume, and resilient in the face of rejection. 
-   Detail-oriented. You personalise outreach so prospects feel genuinely understood.
