Block LLP is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and business growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies while leveraging modern marketing technologies, automation, and AI-powered solutions to maximize performance.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to oversee campaigns, manage marketing operations, analyze performance, and identify new opportunities for growth. ### What You'll Do

### Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

-   Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive case acquisition.
-   Lead the planning and execution of campaigns across paid media, SEO, social media, content marketing, and web channels.
-   Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing initiatives.
-   Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.

### Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

-   Track and analyze key performance indicators including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on investment.
-   Oversee A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website performance improvements.
-   Optimize the customer journey from initial awareness through conversion.
-   Implement data-driven improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

### AI & Marketing Operations

-   Leverage AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve content creation, campaign development, reporting, and internal workflows.
-   Build and optimize marketing automation systems and operational processes.
-   Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through technology and automation.
-   Support the firm's broader innovation and AI initiatives.

### Leadership & Collaboration

-   Manage and support cross-functional teams, vendors, agencies, and contractors.
-   Set priorities, provide direction, and ensure accountability across projects and campaigns.
-   Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
-   Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and strategic goals.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

-   5+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
-   Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns.
-   Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, social media, website optimization, and digital marketing strategy.
-   Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
-   Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and improve ROI.
-   Experience working with CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and support marketing reporting.
-   Strong familiarity with AI tools and the ability to apply them to marketing workflows and strategy.
-   Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in legal marketing, personal injury marketing, or professional services marketing.
-   Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external marketing partners.
-   Experience with marketing automation platforms and workflow automation tools.
-   Familiarity with conversion rate optimization, landing page testing, and performance marketing.
-   Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve marketing outcomes.
