## Description

Responsible for assisting higher-level engineers in evaluating, selecting, ordering, installing, setting up, designing modifications for, testing, troubleshooting, improving performance, and establishing maintenance procedures for manufacturing equipment.

## Requirements

-   BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
-   Must be willing and able to work occasional overtime.
-   Good understanding of the electrical, mechanical, and software engineering principles to create and maintain automated processes.
-   Strong in AutoCAD, used to produce technical plans, blueprints, electrical layouts, drawings, and models required. SolidWorks.
-   Strong ability to program PLC’s, HMIs, and industrial networks. (Omron PLC, Omron & Proface HMI are a plus).
-   Strong proficiency in setting up and programming VFD’s.
-   Working knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology to produce various products. (Experience in chemical manufacturing process/powder handling is a plus.)
-   Ability to do electrical design for construction of new and modification of existing electrical panels (Properly size wires, breakers, components, etc. Follow NEC and NFPA regulations).
-   Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and independently under tight deadlines with driven and cost-effective results.
-   Strong analytical, math, data-analysis, problem-solving/root cause analysis, research, and project management skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively with all levels in a diverse environment and adapt to different interpersonal styles and communication methods.
-   Effective communication skills (fluent in English: reading, writing, and speaking) and presentation skills.
-   Proficient in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, primarily Excel).
-   Must be willing and able to work occasional overtime.
