## Description

-   Extensive knowledge of roofing systems
-   **TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam/Metal, Modbit and all other low slope roofing systems**
-   Proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex projects.
-   Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (including cranes or lifts), and fabrication techniques.
-   Strong background in construction site management with excellent organizational skills.
-   Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites.
-   **US Citizen or Green card holder with Security Clearance**
-   Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred; manufacturer-specific training is a plus.
-   Flexibility to travel frequently between job sites while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
