£110,000 OTE | Head of Sales – Serviced Offices | London

Become the person every broker in London wants to work with.

Over 500 brokers and agents send business to One Avenue Group — 95% of our deals arrive through them. We're hiring a Head of Sales to own that market: the relationships, the hospitality, the industry-leading events that make us the operator brokers call first.

Behind the charm sits a serious commercial seat: leading the sales team across seven central London centres at 97%+ occupancy, setting pricing and yield strategy, and signing off every deal — reporting to the Commercial Director, with a clear path to that seat for the right candidate.

The package reflects the seniority:

• £80,000–£85,000 base + commission and bonus — £110,000 OTE

• Employee ownership — we're owned by an Employee Ownership Trust, so as the business grows, the rewards are shared

• A significant expense account for broker and client entertaining — done properly

• A growing business: new buildings, a managed division, our own brokerage

Serviced office experience isn't required — the relationship and leadership skills must already be there. We'll teach you the business.
