We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

_Please note: This is a seasonal position supporting our Inventory Team. Seasonal positions have full-time hours with strong overtime availability, but do not have medical benefits offered._ _**Base pay range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour.**_ _Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. At this time, Blue Nile will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position._

**Responsibilities:**

-   Process E-Commerce Orders – Pull, invoice, & package jewelry.
-   Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests – Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments.
-   Labeling – Print RFID tags for new jewelry. • Returns – Process return, orders and tag items.
-   Stocking – Scan items into their designated bins.
-   Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking.
-   Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   1+ years of relevant experience
-   Basic computer skills
-   Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc) Requirements:
-   High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required
-   Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day

## Benefits

Base pay range: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour.
