### Physical Therapist | Orthopedic Outpatient

### About the Opportunity:

Blue United Sourcing is seeking two motivated **Physical Therapists (PTs)** to join a **well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic** in Emeryville, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a **wonderful clinic with strong staff longevity**, where therapists enjoy a collaborative environment and the opportunity to treat **athletic and active patients** focused on performance and recovery.

The clinic values quality care and provides **45-minute treatment sessions**, allowing therapists the time they need to deliver personalized, effective care.

### What You'll Do:

-   Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises.
-   Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and athletic patient population.
-   Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
-   Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
-   Collaborate with the clinical team to support quality patient care.

### What We're Looking For:

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
-   Active or eligible **California Physical Therapist license**
-   Strong communication and patient care skills
-   Interest in orthopedic and athletic rehabilitation
-   Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
