### **Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist**

Overview:

**Location:** Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM (final schedule confirmed at offer)

**Salary Range:** $45.00–$57.00/hour, based on experience

**Total Compensation Package:** Health, dental and vision insurance, plus paid time off

**Employment:** Full-Time W2

**Required Experience:**  1+ year as a licensed dental hygienist and an active Florida RDH license (see below)

### ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:

Blue United Sourcing is partnering with a growing, multi-location dental group in Jacksonville, FL to hire a Registered Dental Hygienist. You'll deliver preventive care and patient education in a supportive general and pediatric practice, with room to grow across the group's offices as it expands. Advancement is based on performance, not tenure.

### **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

-   Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist license in hand by your first day.
-   1+ year of dental hygiene experience after licensure.
-   Current CPR/BLS certification.
-   Availability during office hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and Friday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM.
-   Ability to stand chairside for most of the day, with or without reasonable accommodation.
-   Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.  
    

### RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform cleanings, including scaling and polishing.

-   Complete patient assessments: vital signs, medical history review and oral health exams.
-   Take digital radiographs and apply sealants and fluoride treatments.
-   Teach patients home care and preventive habits for lifelong oral health.
-   Keep accurate records in Open Dental and follow infection control and HIPAA standards.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

-   Experience with pediatric patients.
-   Chairside dental assisting background.
-   Experience with Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar dental software.
