Blue United Sourcing is actively seeking a **Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)** for a **high-need** post-acute skilled nursing facility in Oxnard, California. This position is moving quickly due to urgent staffing needs; however, **flexibility in the start date may be available for the right candidate**. This role also offers **temp-to-perm potential** for clinicians interested in a longer-term opportunity.

**Position Overview:**

-   Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
-   Treat post-acute and rehabilitation patients in a skilled nursing setting
-   Document patient progress, outcomes, and care plans accurately and timely
-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Active, unrestricted **California Occupational Therapist license** (OR an active out-of-state license, if California license is in process)
-   Prior **SNF or post-acute experience** preferred
-   Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
-   Ability to step into a fast-paced, high-need environment
