### **RN - Vent Unit Supervisor**

### **Location: Oneida, NY**

We're seeking an experienced **RN - Vent Unit Supervisor** for a 13-week contract to start ASAP. This role provides clinical oversight and leadership for a ventilator unit during night shifts in a hospital setting.

### **Details:**

-   **Start Date:** ASAP
-   **Contract Length:** 13 weeks
-   **Pay Rate:** $69-$74/hr
-   **Schedule:** Nights | 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Supervise and support nursing staff on the ventilator unit
-   Provide direct patient care as needed in a high-acuity environment
-   Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and policies
-   Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

### **Requirements:**

-   Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
-   Prior leadership or supervisory experience _**preferred**_
