## Description

**Blue United Sourcing** is seeking an experienced **RN Nurse Supervisor** for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Behavioral Health (BH) setting. This leadership opportunity offers a flexible start date and consistent overnight hours in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

**Assignment Details:**

-   Part-Time Nights
-   2x8s or 3x8s
-   11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
-   Every other weekend required
-   Holidays required if they fall on scheduled shift
-   Flexible start date

**Requirements:**

-   Active RN license
-   Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
-   Experience in **SNF and/or Behavioral Health setting required**
-   Strong leadership, delegation, and clinical decision-making skills
-   Ability to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and support overnight staff
