### Occupational Therapist (Travel or Local Contract, with ability to convert to Perm Placement!)

Skilled Nursing Facility | Roseville, CA

**Contract Length:** 13-Week Contract, with ability to convert to Perm.  
**Full-Time:** 36 Hours per Week

**Pay:** $60–$65/hr  
**Start Date: Flexible, can start immediately!**

**Blue United Sourcing is** actively hiring NOW for a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) at a busy Skilled Nursing Facility in Roseville, CA. This role is moving FAST — interviews are happening immediately!

### Your Role

-   Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans

-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

What We Need

-   Active California OT license (OR California License in process, if endorsing from another state)
-   SNF experience preferred
-   Strong communication & documentation skills
