We’re looking for **reliable, hands-on individuals** to support our field operations during high-demand periods. If you’re someone who likes staying active, solving problems on the go, and working independently — this could be a great fit.

This is **flexible, on-demand work** where you complete tasks across the city — from apartment inspections to simple fixes and key handoffs.

### **🛠 What you’ll do**

-   Conduct **apartment inspections** before check-ins and after check-outs (using a mobile checklist)
-   Take clear photos and document unit condition
-   Handle **key pickups/drop-offs and simple delivery tasks**
-   Perform **basic fixes** (e.g., replacing batteries, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups)
-   Troubleshoot simple issues like WiFi resets or access problems
-   Support last-minute tasks to keep apartments guest-ready

👉 Most tasks are **straightforward and guided** — attention to detail matters more than technical expertise.

## Requirements
