## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated **Junior Estimator** to join our team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing civil construction environment, managing a high volume of incoming requests with accuracy. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the bidding process, from initial invitations to final proposal organization.

Responsibilities

-   Attend pre-bid meetings and job walks to assess project scope and requirements.
-   Assist with all incoming bids and proposals.
-   Follow up with stakeholders to address questions and clarify details.
-   Handle a high volume of incoming requests efficiently and promptly.
-   Assist with Project Estimating Takeoffs
-   Assist with Vendor Solicitations
-   Assist with Estimating Folder handoff upon Award

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in the commercial construction industry is required.
-   Previous experience with HCSS Heavy Bid is strongly recommended.
-   Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
