**About the Role:** We're looking for a highly experienced **Senior Data Scientist** to join our growing team. You will lead challenging and impactful projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall AI strategy. **Responsibilities:**

-   Lead end-to-end data science projects from conception to deployment.
-   Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
-   Perform advanced data mining and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
-   Design & guide team members in the optimization, deployment and productionize AI models at scale.
-   Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
-   Drive innovation in data science methodologies and tools.

## Requirements

**Required Skills:**

-   4+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field
-   Excellent understanding of ML/DL and Statistics, theoretical concepts as well as practical applications.
-   Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
-   Ability to write clean, optimized, and efficient code with the ability to review and optimize team members’ submissions.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in an agile, hybrid team environment.

**Desirable Skills:**

-   Relevant experience in the financial industry (preferred but not required).
-   M.Sc. in related field is a plus.
-   Understands trade-offs between model accuracy, business impact, and deployment speed
-   Experience with MLOps principles and tools.
