**Job Overview**  
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various stages of the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a background in manufacturing or warehouse operations. **Responsibilities**

-   Operate and assist with the setup of manufacturing equipment, including forklifts and power tools
-   Assemble components using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and assembly techniques
-   Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specified standards
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
-   Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
-   Support maintenance tasks such as basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on machinery
-   Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
-   Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

**Experience**

-   Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred
-   Familiarity with forklift operation, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems is highly desirable
-   Experience working with manufacturing equipment or in assembly line settings is a plus
-   Ability to read technical diagrams or instructions is beneficial
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards are essential for success in this role
-   Forklift License
