### Responsibilities

-   Perform welding operations on various boiler components following ASME codes and company quality standards.
-   Interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures to execute precise and accurate welds.
-   Maintain welding equipment and prepare materials for welding operations.
-   Inspect welds visually and with appropriate testing methods to ensure structural integrity.
-   Adhere to all safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
-   Collaborate with fabrication team members to meet production schedules.
-   Identify and address welding defects and implement corrective measures.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; accredited welding certification preferred.
-   At least 2 years of welding experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, preferably with boiler components.
-   Proficient in multiple welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, stick welding, and flux-cored arc welding.
-   Knowledge of ASME Codes Section I and IX and other relevant welding standards.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
-   Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various positions and environments.
