The work You’ll lead AI-enhanced mobile and web projects from initiation through delivery.

**Typical responsibilities:**

-   Define project scope, timelines, resourcing, and deliverables; translate product needs into actionable plans.
-   Drive full project lifecycle: discovery, planning, sprint execution, release, and post-release retrospectives.
-   Coordinate engineering, design, QA, and product across time zones; maintain clear RACI and escalation paths.
-   Run Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban), maintain sprint cadence, and ensure sprint-level goals align with roadmap outcomes.
-   Track progress, surface risks, remove blockers, and communicate status to US-based stakeholders with clarity and honesty.
-   Maintain accurate project documentation: plans, roadmaps, risk registers, and stakeholder reports.
-   Drive continuous improvement: optimize processes, tooling, and delivery patterns for higher predictability and quality.

## Requirements

**Required qualifications**

-   3+ years project management experience in IT or software development.
-   Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery best practices.
-   Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
-   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; clear, concise reporting for technical and non-technical audiences.
-   Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence).
-   English fluency for daily communication with US-based teams.
-   Ability to work overlapping US Eastern Time (UTC−5) hours.

**Preferred qualifications**

-   PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certification.
-   Experience with mobile (Flutter) and AI/LLM-enabled projects.
-   Background in discovery workshops, technical scoping, and risk/architectural assessments.
-   Familiarity with engineering workflows: Git, CI/CD, basic API concepts.
