**What you will do -** 

We have an opportunity for an **Associate Litigation Attorney** with litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in our **San Jose or Costa Mesa** locations!  

You’ll be a vital member of our team, with **hands-on responsibility** for day-to-day case development—including **handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks**, **writing and arguing motions,** managing critical discovery tasks, and **working with partners** **through trial**. You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through **trial preparation and execution.**

## Requirements

**Basic Qualifications:**

-   JD from accredited law school
-   Active California Bar admission
-   1+ years of litigation experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience in warranty defense preferred
-   Understanding of current state and federal procedures
-   Excellent written and oral communication skills
-   Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
-   Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
-   Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
