Since our launch in 2017, we’ve disrupted the home heating market by taking the hassle out of getting a new boiler installed. We have an ambitious vision to become an international household name in Home services, providing easy access to new products & services within the home. The next 12 months for us looks to be an exciting time as our intention is to expand internationally and to introduce a new geo-location based service offering that will be an industry game-changer.
Our easy to use website removes the need for a visit by a salesperson and allows customers to choose the right boiler for their home, even if they have no technical expertise. At the same time, we’ve made life easier for engineers by connecting them with pre-qualified installation jobs in their area with our handy BOXT Installer mobile app.
We have now grown our service offering to include Air Conditioners, Electric Vehicle Chargers and Smart Home products. These product offerings follow the same unique pattern as the boilers we offer, having our customers answer some simple questions in order for our intelligent software to recommend the right products for their home.
Since the beginnings of our simple customer journey is 2017, we’ve added the ability for customers to customise their package with a range of options, such as choosing smart controls and adding replacement radiators.
We’ve launched an MVP of our aftercare product, BOXT Home Cover, offering low-cost plans to existing customers, giving them peace of mind that we’ve got their back if anything happens to their heating system.
