We are looking for a detail-oriented travel professional to take end-to-end ownership of booking administration for the client's corporate client accounts. This is a back-office operations role, not a contact centre or customer service position. You will work directly with the business owner, managing a queue of travel bookings independently with minimal supervision. You will manage domestic and international travel bookings, ticketing, invoicing, and customer service while ensuring compliance with client travel policies and industry regulations.

**Duties/Responsibilities**

-   Manage domestic and international travel bookings end-to-end: flights, hotels, and car hire for corporate clients.
-   Process ticketing, invoicing, and receipting through the Tramada mid-office system.
-   Handle travel requests from initial enquiry through to file completion, in line with each client's SLA and travel policy.
-   Conduct fare research and apply correct rate codes, routing, and fare rules.
-   Manage and resolve BSP billing errors, void tickets, ADM responses, net remit errors, and EMD completions.
-   Process hotel reservations, including no-show and cancellation handling.
-   Maintain accurate passport, visa, and traveller documentation records.
-   Calculate commissions and mark-ups and process them accurately through Tramada.
-   Ensure all bookings comply with IATA regulations and client travel policies.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on corporate travel.
-   Hands-on proficiency in **Sabre GDS** for flight, hotel, and car bookings
-   Experience with **Tramada** forinvoicing, receipting, commission calculations, and BSP reconciliation
-   Working knowledge of IATA fare calculation, fare rules, and BSP processes.
-   Ability to apply city codes, airport codes, and airline codes without reference material.
-   High written and spoken English proficiency, corporate client communication standards apply.
