## Description

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading property developer in Cyprus and Greece, a **Plant Officer** for their main offices in **Paphos**. The Plant Officer will manage and oversee the company’s plant equipment and machinery. The successful candidate will ensure optimal utilization, maintenance, and allocation of plant resources across various project sites.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in coordinating the allocation and utilization of plant and equipment across construction projects.
-   Maintain accurate records and inventories of plant, machinery, tools, and equipment.
-   Monitor servicing, maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs of plant and equipment.
-   Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and workshops regarding maintenance and procurement requirements.
-   Assist in obtaining quotations and coordinating purchases or rentals of plant and equipment.
-   Ensure all plant and equipment documentation, licenses, inspections, and certifications are updated and compliant with Cyprus regulations.
-   Support the monitoring of plant operating costs, fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and equipment utilization.
-   Assist in maintaining preventive maintenance schedules to maximize operational efficiency and equipment availability.
-   Coordinate with project/site teams regarding plant requirements and operational needs.
-   Ensure proper filing and tracking of all plant-related documentation and records.
-   Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to plant activities.
-   Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
-   Prepare reports related to equipment utilization, maintenance, and project support activities.

## Requirements

-   University Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant field.
-   Previous experience in construction administration, plant/equipment coordination, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
-   Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages, both written and oral.
-   Advanced computer skills, including MS Office applications.
-   Experience with plant management software will be considered an advantage.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
