Our unique "live-in" model is central to creating this environment. We employ House Managers & Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who live on-site, providing a consistent, family-like atmosphere. Their presence ensures stability and continuity in care, overseeing our staff and ensuring all resident needs are meticulously met.
