**THE OPPORTUNITY:**

We have an immediate opening for a **Major Accounts Product Specialist** in our Product Solutions Department. In this role, you will build creative solutions, prepare quotes for our Dealers, and liaise with Client Services and Design Engineers throughout the process. You will play a key role in managing complex projects, developing customized furniture solutions, and ensuring accuracy from concept through to production. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, with strong customer service and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

## Requirements

**What You Will Do:**

-   _Prepare furniture layout drawings, renderings, 3D drawings, and complete proposal packages_
-   _Create quotes for Dealers by identifying customer requirements including scope, budget, and competitive information; develop solutions and source pricing_
-   _Audit specifications against drawings and produce order-ready documentation; consult with Dealers on revisions_
-   _Communicate product specifications, design intent, and value effectively_
-   _Prepare accurate orders including specifications, quantities, pricing, discounts, and service instructions_
-   _Manage complex projects, including reviewing documents, furniture specifications, applications, and product strategy_
-   _Collaborate with Product Development to create custom designs and new product enhancements_
-   _Work with suppliers to integrate specialized hardware into designs, ensuring functionality and aesthetics_
-   _Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to price and validate custom solutions_
-   _Quote custom materials (e.g., veneer, metal, hardware) and design built-in solutions similar to millwork_
-   _Oversee prototype testing to ensure designs meet specifications and performance standards_
-   _Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and productivity targets are met_
-   _Consult with Engineering on layout, design, and space planning_
-   _Attend client planning meetings to assess needs and develop solutions_
-   _Provide technical design consultation and answer routine and complex product inquiries_
-   _Verify approval drawings and specifications; obtain customer sign-off_
-   _Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BRC product lines, features, pricing, and applications_
-   _Support new product development initiatives when required_
-   _Provide project updates to management_
-   _Perform administrative and other duties as required_

**QUALIFICATIONS**
