We are looking for an experienced **HR generalist** with **5–10 years of experience** to join our growing cybersecurity organization in Pune.

## Requirements

-   5–10 years of HR Generalist experience
-   Prior experience in IT/SaaS/Cybersecurity preferred
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-   Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel

-   Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
-   Support recruitment and onboarding activities
