You'll work directly with senior bankers on M&A and capital raises across the middle market — financial modeling, valuation, and materials for buyer/investor outreach, with real deal execution from day one, not just deck-building in the background.

We're looking for 2-4 years of banking or related experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, sharp judgment, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where you're trusted with client-facing work early on.
