# Production Designer, AI & Creative Systems

> Bridgit · Canada (Remote) · Contract · Posted 2026-06-09

**Workplace:** remote

**Department:** Marketing

## Description

The construction industry is facing a severe labor shortage. The industry is at an inflection point where they must reimagine talent and modernize their people strategy. Bridgit is the category leader for workforce planning and working with the largest and most sophisticated US general contractors. We have already built significant momentum since launching in 2019, and there remains an even larger opportunity ahead as we continue to innovate with AI and broaden our offering across markets.

We are seeking a \[Production Designer, AI and Creative Systems\] to reshape how we do design in a modern era.  This role is a rare hybrid: a skilled visual designer who's equally at home building AI-powered design workflows. This isn't a traditional designer role — and that's intentional. You'll be responsible for producing the high-quality, on-brand creative that requires a human eye and creative judgment, while also building the AI-powered tools, templates, and pipelines that let great design scale across the company. The best designers right now aren't just making things — they're shaping how their craft evolves. This role sits at that intersection: a real opportunity to define what a modern, AI-augmented design function looks like in practice, which includes a human designer - and to build something that reflects where the discipline is genuinely headed.

## Requirements

### **What you will do:**

Design execution

- Produce polished, on-brand marketing assets: decks, social ads, email headers, landing pages, event branding, swag, web design, and more
- Enhance product screenshots and create animated product GIFs
- Maintain brand consistency across all outputs using Bridgit's updated design system and guidelines
- Support updates and evolution to brand guidelines as needed

Automation & systems building

- Audit current design workflows and identify high-volume, repeatable tasks suitable for automation
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-assisted tools and pipelines that reduce time-to-asset for templated and repeatable work — and train team members to use them effectively where needed.
- Create robust, reusable template libraries that non-designers on the team can operate independently
- Integrate design tooling with broader marketing stack (Marketo, Wordpress, Figma, etc.) where applicable
- Document systems so they're transferable and maintainable
- Train marketing team members as needed

### **What you will bring:**

- 4–6+ years of graphic/visual design experience with a strong digital marketing portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS — sufficient to build and QA email templates and make landing page edits without developer support
- Familiarity with at least one CMS or landing page builder (Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, Unbounce, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience with AI design and workflow tools — not just awareness, but production use
- Experience as an in-house designer supporting a marketing team
- Motion design or video editing experience (GIF/short-form animation for product and social)
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Basic JavaScript — enough to troubleshoot interactive elements or simple scripts
- Familiarity with prompt engineering for image/video generation
- B2B SaaS or tech company background

### Who You Are

- Systems thinker: you get excited about making things more efficient, not just more beautiful
- Highly collaborative and eager to make an impact
- Strong brand governance instincts — you know when to follow the rules and when to flag a gap
- Comfortable with both working async and autonomously within a lean team, as well as effectively bringing others in the company on the journey as marketing design and process evolve
