> <p>British Pearl is an online property investment platform. Our customers can invest in property (rental or development) from £100 as a shareholder or a lender or both, and trade their shares and loans on our Resale Market. </p><ul>
<li>Shareholders receive monthly net rental income and a share of any capital appreciation on exit.</li>
<li>Lenders receive fixed monthly interest income and benefit from a charge against the property. </li>
</ul><p>Property developers can:</p><ul>
<li>Raise equity and debt capital to finance their development projects. </li>
<li>Access a new market to sell completed projects as rental investments for customers on the platform.</li>
</ul><p>Our mission is to become the preferred online marketplace for property investment and development capital by:</p><ol>
<li>Providing affordable hassle-free access to property investment. </li>
<li>Enabling investors to build a diversified property portfolio.</li>
<li>Establishing a liquid trading exchange for property shares and loans.</li>
<li>Improving capital access &amp; sales pipeline for SME property developers. </li>
