## Description

Brunswick Cove Living Center, LLC is a senior living and rehabilitation provider serving individuals and families across long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, assisted living, and outpatient services. The team is focused on helping residents and patients access the right level of care with compassion, clarity, and support throughout the admissions journey.

As Admissions Director, you will play a central role in growing awareness of Brunswick Cove's services and helping guide prospective residents, patients, and families through the admissions process. This role is key to building strong community connections, supporting referral relationships, and helping ensure the organization remains a trusted choice for care and rehabilitation services.

### Responsibilities

-   Drive admissions for long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and assisted living services.
-   Lead community marketing for Brunswick Cove.
-   Visit hospitals and other community referral sources to build admission pipelines and relationships.

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year of experience in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, or hospital case management.
-   Experience managing multiple admissions pipelines and maintaining accurate records in an admissions or healthcare setting.
-   Knowledge of long-term care, rehabilitation, and assisted living services.
-   Experience building relationships with families, referral partners, and community organizations.
-   Must be eligible to work in the United States.
