### **Job Purpose**

Drive the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for Health Insurance. This role focuses on delivering impactful brand messaging, achieving business objectives, and creating meaningful customer and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include increasing conversion rates across digital sales channels through the development of a customer management ecosystem, implementing data-driven funnel marketing, and enhancing customer-centric experiences.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Facilitate the development of compelling, creative, and relevant content for social media and digital platforms, marketing materials, and acquisition campaigns
-   Develop and execute marketing strategies across various social media platforms and online channels, coinciding with new product releases, campaigns, health and wellness content, or other brand messages
-   Operate and monitor digital advertising on online platforms to achieve business goals
-   Responsible for handling customer inquiries and feedback on social media and digital platforms
-   Produce regular data analyses, conduct market research, and generate reports with associated insights to optimize ad strategies and spending efficiency
-   Plan and manage content for social media platforms
-   Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis, and keep close track of market trends and new media sectors
-   Coordinate with agencies, partners, and internal departments to drive digital marketing excellence
-   Manage the budget and digital platform performance, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting
-   Implement relevant control measures to minimize risk exposure and ensure full compliance with regulatory and business conduct standards

### Qualifications, Training and Experience

-   Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related discipline
-   Minimum of 5 years of work experience in digital and performance marketing, delivering successful B2C and/or public relations campaigns, preferably within the insurance industry
-   Solid experience in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics, and managing various social media channels, including but not limited to Meta and WeChat
-   Experienced in marketing promotions, familiar with online and offline media resources, and an instrumental member in developing content materials
-   Excellent verbal and written bilingual communication and copywriting skills
-   Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect effectively with various business units and stakeholders to drive digital campaigns
-   Extensive knowledge of modern digital media channels and strong experience in managing agencies (digital, advertising, brand, public relations, and performance marketing agencies, etc.)
-   Experience in a digital agency is an advantage
-   Proven hands-on ability to turn strategy into execution while effectively managing stakeholders’ expectations
-   Strong project management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
